Very clean and very spacious hotel. Rooms are pretty big, bathrooms are on the bigger side as well. The hotel overall is beautiful inside and out. Breakfast is always amazing at embassy suites. We will stay again when we are in town

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The atmosphere in the hotel lobby is very pleasing. The highlight really is the breakfast dining. From omelettes to bacon and waffles your breakfast desires will be met. Those working the dining area are nice and helpful, particularly Judy a Chicago transplant. Five stars for breakfast experience.

First and foremost the operations manager Damien atkins was super nice and understanding to what transpired with housekeeping. We left our room at 9 am and upon our arrival back to the room at 4 pm we noticed our garbage can being used to prop our door open. We thought housekeeping was still working on our room. Nope. No sign of housekeeping around. The only thing they did to our room was leave 2 towels. They forgot to close our door. This is a major security risk. Our personally belongings are in this room in plain view. We went to the front desk and they could care less about the issue, all they said was they would text housekeeping if they were still working. I eventually found a worker in a blue shirt who was Damien the operations manager. He was able to make sure we were okay and even offered to go to the room with us to make sure everything was in its place. He handled the situation with care and compassion unlike the evening front desk person.

Very nice hotel and nice staff. Room was great. Our neighboring guest had some sort of issue when we stayed and after calling the front desk to make sure they were okay after hearing a loud noise they sent two people up to make sure the situation was under control. Super professional and good staff. The breakfast is really good but busy. Same as the bar. The free drinks are nice but it is somewhat limited and busy when I have been there. Good EV charging as well.

Rude and weird night desk worker. This was one of the most shocking hotel experiences I've had. We arrived at 1:30am after driving over 12 hours. The guy working the desk wouldn't give us a room because it was after midnight and he had already done his "night audit." This is one of the largest non-city hotels I have seen. The entire thing is surrounded by a massive parking lot with 100 empty parking spaces. The guy looked me straight in the face and said they had no rooms available. I tried to explain the long drive, straight from a tournament. He then said he couldn't book it because it was after midnight. We drove an extra 2 hours in order to stay at a nicer hotel, and he straight refused even after I explained why we were so late and I had 2 kids with me. Zero social skills or critical thinking skills. Extremely disappointed by the person representing their brand.
