Great service. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. Walls kind of thin. Good thing we had white noise to cover up the noise.
Had mold in the shower. I just don’t understand why things like this aren’t taken care of.

Nice hotel, but room was not clean. Looked liked it had not had any maid service. Toilet paper roll was completely empty, no soap anywhere in bathroom and one of the queen beds had hair all over both pillows.

First of all, this hotel is relatively new and very nice. However, our room was not clean. We checked in and there was a dirty towel left under our sink, and the bathroom floor was disgusting. Hair was left in the bathtub and on the sink. The whole room felt like they gave it a half hearted wipe-down and turned it over. Hopefully housekeeping can improve because otherwise this would be a really nice hotel.

Best all around. Staff were great, rooms were some of the best I've stayed in, and that hotel breakfast....you can't call it a hotel breakfast, way better than that. I'll be staying here again. Embassy knows what's up.
