  The hotel was very clean, in a great location, and was such a good price. This was our second time staying here actually, would recommend to anyone traveling.

  The service here is great. The employees are really friendly and after calling another hotel first and getting an AI bot on the phone I was ecstatic to get real people on the phone here. The free breakfast was great and had real food like eggs with toppings, sausage and biscuits and gravy. I'm glad we went here and would gladly stop again next time I'm in town

  I thought the place was nice, the rooms were clean, there was ample parking, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was great; it saved me from having to go to a gas station for breakfast.

  I haven’t stayed there but I would like to leave a review about Hannah the front desk manager. I accidentally booked a non refundable room at the end of March through Expedia. Expedia was willing to give the refund if the Best Western would approve it. Hannah for whatever reason will not approve it. I would understand if the reservation was for the next day but this is weeks away. When I booked with a friend we thought we were both using the same website and hers said free cancellation until a certain date. I realize I made a mistake, but the fact that Hannah would not ok the refund is beyond me. I’m not sure what she gains from not okaying it. I tried with her multiple times and she just simply won’t do it. Booking.com allows refunds and my friend was able to cancel hers no problem. Thankfully she didn’t have to ok it through Hannah.

  The room was ok. Beware if you travel with a dog (mine 5 lbs). The pet upcharge was 30.00 which equals a 30% “penalty”. Also only certain rooms allow pets. Our room smelled of dogs when we opened the door. Not overwhelming but you could tell. Cleaning inadequate or cleaning products not used enough. We were disappointed when the room for 1 night plus pet fee was 140.00. Will not be returning to this franchise. Have paid 10.00 pet fee at other locations.
