He was able to get me into a room with one king-size bed and made sure I had everything I needed. He was very kind, warm, and welcoming, and told me to let him know if I had any questions. When I got to the room, everything was clean and in order. I checked everything I needed to check and felt comfortable right away—like I was exactly where I was supposed to be. I didn’t even consider stopping at any other hotel. Something told me to come to the Holiday Inn Express off the highway near the Berea Walmart, and I’m glad I did. I will definitely be back and will use this location again in the future. Thank you!
