We arrived late at night at 2am & I had to walk up to the hotel by myself & the lady at front desk opened the door for me which was really nice bc I was already nervous walking through the parking lot by myself that late. Check in process only took 1 minute. Definitely will come back if im in the area again!

The staff, from front desk to housekeeping was friendly and helpful. We were traveling as our half way mark to our destination and stopped here with our two large, elderly dogs. The staff was super kind to our dogs. The hotel was doing some construction to their lobby but despite that they were still very clean and organized. Love this place and the staff especially Bryan. We will be back again Thank you so much for the wonderful stay, we will be back! Definitely recommend !!

- MSMarie SloneDec 7, 20255.0#1 CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! I thought it must be a newly constructed hotel, but, nope, just recently renovated. Pristine room & bathroom. No more dirt-trapping carpet. Laminate flooring. Lots of outlet/plugs for charging. Coffee, microwave, & fridge in room. I usually travel with Lysol to wipe down items in a hotel room. Our room was so clean that I didn't feel like I needed to. Firm & soft pillow options. Simple, streamlined, roomy room. #2. STAFF! Check-in was a pleasant breeze. Shawna was personable, congenial, & just insisted on us having the welcome cookies. After check-in, we left for an event. Upon returning, she remembered us, was engaging, asking how our event went. A sincere smile goes a long way for travelers! #3. STAFF AGAIN! Checkout was a breeze as well. Bryan was accomodating, friendly and even offered us beverages to-go. It's the great attitudes & simplest of actions the front desk provided that make us highly recommend & stay at this hotel again. #4. BREAKFAST! A nice selection, hot, cold, something for everyone. The made-ahead fold over omelets were deelish! The female breakfast attendant was so gracious & attentive. I watched her from afar as she worked non-stop, patiently cleaning up other guests' tables & counter messes (I say patiently because some guests were total slobs, spilling & dripping stuff everywhere). All while she was hustling to keep all the breakfast items fully stocked and warm. hint: it's standard to leave a tip for a room maid however we felt this breakfast attendant deserved a little something too. I encourage anyone who witnesses or receives outstanding service in ANY workplace to reward that service. They are humans too. :) Overall, 6 star review on this Berea Holiday Inn Express!
