  The lobby/ entrance area makes the place look big and clean and nice. The room was just okay. The bathtub took a good 20 minutes to fill as it drained right back out because the stopper didn't work well. Nothing was dirty. The room had been cleaned. But I'm not sure that I would pay that much money for that stay again.

  Rooms were clean the front desk. People were very friendly and very nice. The beds were awesome and so where are the pillows?

  They could really use a remodel new beds wouldn’t hurt for as much as they charge some English speaking house keepers and people that pay more attention to details I kept having to get keys redid daily for what they charge you would think they would take more pride in their hotels and make sure they were cleaning the pool and hot tubs, they were constantly dirty,they are not worker friendly they let people hoot and holler all night long, they’re more for people who are on vacation and don’t care about sleeping. I you would think that they would make sure all guests are being respected. Breakfast is not included you’d be better off for what they charge going to a restaurant and get what you actually want! The restaurant staff needs retrained I bought chicken and they served them black and grey chicken is white not black . This hotel gives off the vibes that they don’t care what’s going on as long as they keep making money…

  I definitely recommend this hotel. The staff is excellent and always goes above and beyond to make each stay enjoyable. I stay here all the time, and every visit feels welcoming and comfortable. The team truly treats guests like family, which makes a big difference and keeps me coming back. It’s always a great experience staying here. A special thank you to Mario, Tommie, Marriana, Uriel, Laura, and LaTascha—they are just amazing and truly make this place stand out!

  Stayed here for the night on as we pass through on a road trip. Hotel and staff were good. I wouldn’t pay extra for the restaurant. Dinner was very slow, but staff apologized and gave a discount without asking. Breakfast buffet was mediocre and very dull.
