Im not sure why we were not given top floor i did requested as top floor away from the elevator on my app but was given next to the elevator on the first floor . They are doing renovations so breakfast was next to the other hotel. The breakfast was awesome. Also!! Another thing was as a diamond elite i thought there was a late check out i was told by the morning front desk girl that it was a 12pm?? I have late check out 230pm multiple time im not sure why they said 12pm🤷🏿♀️ but love kansas. Kind people

Our first room had water on the floor from the dishwasher which had an odor, there was an partially filled coke bottle in the window ledge and the couch and chair was stained and dirty. The second room wasn't much better regarding the furniture. Wouldn't sit on it because it was stained and dirty. This Staybridge at 1300 Carter St. CHATTANOOGA TN. was not very well maintained. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all. Bad reflection on IHG.
- NNnicholeDec 14, 20255.0My first trip to this location was last year. (Dec 2024)Yani was at the counter when we visited and she was amazing! She made a very stressful trip a whole lot better! She went above and beyond in making sure that we had a great stay. So this year in Dec 2025. I was driving through and decided to stay here again because of my experience last year and to my surprise Yani was at the counter(again, a whole year later lol). I was surprised that I would see the same friendly face. But again was very grateful from a long day of traveling. She again went above and beyond at making sure that our stay was enjoyable. I travel very often and this is by far my favorite location! I will from here on out stay here every chance I get when visiting family. Thank you so much!! Looking forward to our next trip. ❤️
