    Everything was perfect. Staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. What more can you ask for. The room was a little run down in the bathroom but besides that I would stay again.

    I made my reservation directly with the Hotel staff. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS! I asked for a room on the top floor, away from the elevator, facing the parking lot. Which I always do. Before, I gave the hotel "staff" my card I doubled checked with her to make sure I was getting the room I requested. She said, "YES". I arrived at my room....not on the top floor, not facing the parking lot. But, yes away from the elevator. I immediately called and asked for a different room on the top floor. She said, "We're all sold out on the top floor". Which was a utter and complete LIE! I stay with IHG everytime I travel if possible. This place is a DUMP!! The staff lied directly to my face. I feel like I'm staying at a Super 8. AWFUL! Total bait and switch by IGH, btw. Oh, the window unit sounds like it's about to takeoff. lol Can't get out of this place fast enough.

    I noticed many comments stating that the AC didn’t work, or the hot water wasn’t working, but it worked out perfectly for us. Has Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, hand soap, and body lotion all by Dove. Has a pool indoors, so it’s nice to be able to swim in october. I believe it was a great stay and if I come back to Wichita, KS, I will definitely stay here again! The refundable fee is only $10 per day of your stay, and most hotels it’s $50-$100 refundable deposit after your stay.

    Avoid this place, it's a dump. Carpet is filthy, tv was old and didn't work, walls are very thin, you can hear normal conversation from the next room. The sign may say Holiday Inn, and the price you pay will be Holiday Inn level, but this hotel is a third class dump in a run-down area. I'd stay at a Motel 3 before using this place ever agin.
