- AWAmy WorkmanMar 8, 20264.0Clean rooms. Wish bathrooms had exhaust fans. You can tell it holds moisture do to the wall lights have rust on them.
- RGRobert GangnonFeb 25, 20263.0The hotel is in desperate need of maintenance. My hope is that the management company can take these notes and make them actionable for future guests. The Good: -The air filters on the room air handler were clean! Well done ensuring that these were not caked in dust. -The front attendant (when present) was very friendly. -The pool was open! This is huge for our kids after a long travel day to get some energy out. Needs Attention: -Surface rust on bathroom fixtures & tub drain (roof exhaust fan(s) likely not functioning). -Caulking around tub has failed and needs to be replaced. -Floor base is damaged throughout the hotel and needs to be replaced. -Wallpaper in the hallways is damaged throughout. -Lights in the pool area half burnt out/not functioning. -Ventilation in the pool area should be inspected as surface rust is present on doors, door frames, and flooring. -Pool chairs were broken. -Door hardware to the pool was broken. -Furniture in the room is damaged (e.g. office table leg needs to be tightened, chair arms loose/need to be tightened, chest of drawers is not functional and drawers are off of their sliders).
