- ASAlina S.A.Mar 8, 20262.0The deal breaker for me was the less than lukewarm water in the shower. After a few hours outside in colder weather to shiver in the shower after allowing it to get to the 4th floor for 15 minutes, that's unacceptable. I tried not to be a Karen when they literally price gauged me by charging $250 during a soccer event that had the hotel full and they canceled my initial reservation. Prices for a king room, next weekend are literally $100 cheaper so I got robbed. Regardless, rooms are unnecessary big, found random long curly hairs in the bathroom and after that freezing shower I tried to use the sketchy hairdryer in a dingy pouch hanging on the door. It had grime and grease on it from previous patrons. But wait there's more! The equipment in the gym has broken display pads hanging by unsecured wires, no hand sanitizer or anything available to clean the equipment, the pool has no ventilation and the chlorine smell is strong (probably a good thing but make it breathable for people with lung issues), and no ventilation in the bathroom so all the steam goes in the bedroom.

There was a basketball team Omaha roadrunners the players were running the halls and screaming outside till after 3a.m.. there were multiple complaints made and the noise level never lowered. Our kids had to be ready to go by 5a.m.

Staff is very friendly and nice. Pool spa wasnt working and looked dirty. Pool area was nice, but needs an update.
