I took the remote to the front desk where they rudely gave me a different remote and seemed to act like I was bothering them. I had to manually turn the TV on, and had no volume control. So the volume was loud. (Sorry neighbors) The Carpet has stains, there is mold or dirty caulk in the shower. The shower head was plugged up with calcium and had 4-5 sprays of water coming from it. A garden hose would have been a better option.Unfortunately we were on the bottom floor and the noise from above was irritating while trying to sleep. The headboard was dusty and had a film of an unknown substance that was sticky. If I could give negative stars for this location I would. So for a Holiday Inn I am sadly disappointed in this location.
