    Went in around 1 in the morning- looking for a room for 2 guests. What I notice immediately is two front desk service people sitting down in the lobby. I ask (as I see the lady) get up if she had a room available for 2 guests. She said no not until 3PM because she closed out her shift for the day. My question is 1.why are you there then and why are their 2 of you sitting down? It's peculiar to me because my husband and I usually stay here and were here in January- we left early in the morning and asked for a early check in, typically this hotel is accommodating and kind- these two bozos just reiterated one another while twirling their thumbs.

    This is a great place to stay. The room we had it was 2 rooms and bath. King bed, kitchen with a full size fridge, 2 burner electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, dishwasher soap, dishwasher sponge, and papertowels. Stayed for 2 weeks.

    I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I experienced during my stay. I checked out of my room on time on 01/16/26 and returned my room keys to one of the three front desk clerks on duty at that time. Unfortunately, none of the staff were wearing name badges, so I am unable to identify the individual involved. After checking out, I informed the clerk that I would be waiting in the lobby for my husband to pick me up. Approximately 15–20 minutes later, the same clerk asked where my husband was and whether he was in a meeting. I explained that he was on his way to pick me up. At that point, I did not feel it was necessary to provide further personal details. Due to an unexpected delay, my husband arrived later than anticipated. About an hour after checkout, while I was sitting quietly in the lobby, the same clerk called me back to the front desk and threatened me that I would be charged an additional night because it was “getting late” and my husband had not yet arrived. I was shocked by this statement, as I had already checked out on time and was simply waiting in a public lobby area. When I reiterated that my husband was on his way, the clerk responded dismissively, stating, “You told me that 30 minutes ago,” and continued to question me inappropriately about his whereabouts, whether he was in the hotel, and why he had “left me.” She then made a sarcastic remark about men, which I found unprofessional and unnecessary. Another front desk clerk was present during this interaction but did not intervene. This entire experience was uncomfortable, intrusive, and unprofessional. I have stayed at many hotels domestically and internationally and have never been treated this way while waiting in a lobby after checkout. This incident left a very negative impression and has made me hesitant to consider staying at this property again.
