  Stayed here just for a night so it wasn’t bad but it is really meant for extended stays as the room had a full kitchen and they did not do breakfast. The room was clean and had some good appointments (desk and recliner) but the shower was very loud (could hear other people when they ran their shower). For a business trip it would work just fine.

  Stayed at this hotel for 4 months when I relocated to Wichita, stayed here because they allowed dogs. Was in 3 different rooms all rooms were smelly wasn't sure why the whole hotel had a stink to it until end of my stay, backups in sinks toilets and showers and leaks above with water coming thru the ceiling. The laundry room and gym also leaked from the walls and ceiling above. Was in one room for 3 of the months when the bathroom ceiling finally fell down from above with sewage coming thru the lights and old popcorn ceiling this hotel still has, and mold exposed it smelled horrible, they aired the room out with the door open for 2 weeks when I moved rooms before I left the hotel end of October, the hallway smelled so bad. Every few years go from candlewood to sonesta now back to candlewood at end of my stay they put new floor in and front desk remodel and name change but it looks like they haven't redone the plumbing there is new reviews on booking.com etc with over head leaks still end of 2025 and into 2026. No one cares even if you said hey this place made me sick, the slum owner of the location management would never speak to me I sent all my pictures and videos to candlewood, had itchy eyes , coughing the whole time I was in this hotel, no one cares even when I've felt sick since my stay. If you want a smelly place to stay with old outdated furniture and issues with plumbing and most likely hidden dangers in the walls you can stay here, if you have a issue don't expect $1 back........................ and yes Mr. owner or management....its the same address 570 s julia st. nice try thou saying I have the wrong hotel..just because you change name from sonesta to candlewood and back and fourth. I have many videos also of the location ..I have been trying to reach you for months, is this the first time you've heard my name?

  I love Candlewood Suites. No frills, easy-going hotel with a very friendly staff, comfortable beds, and it's quiet--my key metrics when staying at a hotel. Bravo!
