  This hotel offered a pleasant blend of luxury and practicality. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room stayed quiet even during busy hours. The front desk team was friendly and very efficient during both check-in and check-out. I loved the variety of amenities, especially the gym and rooftop terrace. A fantastic stay that I would happily book again.

  The Hotel had great prices, and beat surrounding competitors by almost $50 a night. The Hotel staff was very nice, and accommodating. The rooms were nice, they served a good breakfast, and it was conveniently located near gas stations, restaurants, and direct access to the Interstate. Great place to stay for a budget conscious trip!

  I booked this hotel because I needed an overnight stay with a shuttle to the airport. The website said they have a shuttle and they had one parked proudly at the entrance to the hotel. But upon checking in I learned they had discontinued the service. They would not refund my stay, and I had to find other means to get to the airport in time for my flight. The hotel itself is dated and under disrepair. There were fixtures in the bathroom that had fallen down and just laid there. The lamp would not stay on in the room. I asked to speak with a manager and never got a response. I would never recommend this hotel.

  Very Disappointing Stay — Multiple Room Issues and Poor Service I had a very disappointing experience at this Best Western Plus. The first room I was given had a broken air conditioner that wouldn’t turn on. I called the front desk, and they told me to wait a minute because someone would come to fix it. I waited about 10 minutes, but no one showed up. When I went down to the reception myself, the staff member acted as if they didn’t even know about my issue — and I saw them chatting on the phone instead of handling my request. They finally changed my room, but the second room had no available outlet to plug in the microwave or refrigerator. There were also some ants around the counter. I had to go back downstairs again to report it, and they moved me to a third room. The third room wasn’t much better — the sink drained extremely slowly, making it inconvenient to use. Overall, I had to change rooms multiple times, and the staff didn’t seem attentive or professional. For a hotel under the Best Western Plus name, I expected much better service and maintenance. Definitely not worth the stress or hassle.
