    My husband and I stay here fairly often due to doctors appointments. Judy at the front desk is very nice and helpful with anything we need. She is great! We had a very bad experience with the breakfast attendant . Very, very rude and not willing to be the kind of employee Best Western requires. We were rudely kicked out of the breakfast area so she could mop. It wasn't that much past 9:00. Other things have happened with other guests. Very disappointed.

    I stayed here for like two Tonight first night First night of when I came to check-in it was not easy. The person who is working on the day night, give me a hard time but the next day Judy help me feel better and And she also gave me 20 minutes late check out without any extra fee for the things that happened on the first day when I check in but overall, I can rate this 5 star because I had a pretty good time.

    I had a very upsetting experience at this hotel. While using the complimentary breakfast, I was openly profiled and watched by the staff. I overheard the woman working the breakfast area telling her coworker she was 'watching me to see where I was going,' later implying that because I was in my pajamas, she assumed I was homeless and didn't belong there. ​When I confronted her about her rudeness and the inappropriateness of her assumptions, she was completely unapologetic. It is absurd to be treated like a trespasser in a hotel where I am a paying guest—especially for wearing pajamas in a place where people sleep. Truly unprofessional and discriminatory behavior. I will not be returning

    Best Customer service ever, amazing rooms and the water was so hot. I can’t remember the name of the evening gal or the overnight guy but they were great.

    Thank you Judy-Front Desk-for assisting with so much kindness while a family member traveled unexpectedly and was sick at the same time. You were so helpful and made the time at Best Western exceptional.
