  My recent stay was extremely disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable given the price we paid. Upon arrival, the initial room we were given did not meet a key request we had specifically made, a functional pull-out bed. Unfortunately, it was broken and unusable. When we approached the front desk to address the issue, one staff member was notably disrespectful, which only added to the frustration. While we were eventually moved to another room, the replacement was far from satisfactory, as it had a strong, persistent odor of dog and urine. The situation worsened further during our stay. On Friday morning, we were startled awake by someone attempting to enter our room, only to be informed that our stay had supposedly ended. This came as a complete surprise. We had paid approximately $600 for a four-night stay, arriving Tuesday with the understanding we would remain until Saturday morning. While I understand policies regarding late check-in times, at no point was it communicated that this would effectively shorten our stay by a full day. Overall, the combination of poor room conditions, unprofessional staff interaction, and lack of clear communication made this an unpleasant experience. For the amount we paid, I expected a much higher standard of service and basic courtesy. I would strongly encourage management to address these issues to prevent future guests from having a similar experience.

  What a horrible place. I tried 3 times to change he card charged to the room no one could help me. General Manager refused to call me. Internet so slow that can not do any work 10 of tv channels do not work for some reason Call IHG they say Management will call me back no call Just not worth it stay away from this hotel then to make matters worse internet so bad in room that need to use the cellphone as faster

  Went in around 1 in the morning- looking for a room for 2 guests. What I notice immediately is two front desk service people sitting down in the lobby. I ask (as I see the lady) get up if she had a room available for 2 guests. She said no not until 3PM because she closed out her shift for the day. My question is 1.why are you there then and why are their 2 of you sitting down? It's peculiar to me because my husband and I usually stay here and were here in January- we left early in the morning and asked for a early check in, typically this hotel is accommodating and kind- these two bozos just reiterated one another while twirling their thumbs.
