  Brenda helped us when we drove in from Kentucky without a reservation. She helped us get the best room to fit our needs. My husband has MS so it was important we had a short walk. Brenda was so nice and the room is amazing. Clean and comfortable. 👍🏻 Thank you so much!

  Well, I need to start with. I don't normal rate or review with negativity. Brenda at the front desk pleasant and apologetic for the shortcomings of the management and the property. I booked the location with priceline based on the location and the amenities on their website. Well, I am very disappointed. This location is getting a single star from me. I will be happy to upgrade it if they take steps to correct things. To the meat of the problems. I went to buy snacks at the desk. The policy is not to accept any bill larger than a twenty. I am not unreasonable, if you can't break a 100 but, not to accept? What if I paid my stay bill with 100s? Secondly, I booked the stay expected to visit their jacuzzi that was not only listed and pictured on their site. Not only is it out of order, but, covered over and made into a confession nook. So, obviously they do not intend to fix or replace it anytime soon. Trying to end on a good note. The room is clean and maintained. So does the rest of the facility appear to be kept up. If you don't use cash or need a jacuzzi you will probably enjoy it here. I will review the breakfast in the morning with trepidation based on other reviews.

  My husband and I stay here fairly often due to doctors appointments. Judy at the front desk is very nice and helpful with anything we need. She is great! We had a very bad experience with the breakfast attendant . Very, very rude and not willing to be the kind of employee Best Western requires. We were rudely kicked out of the breakfast area so she could mop. It wasn't that much past 9:00. Other things have happened with other guests. Very disappointed.
