Several other reviews have mentioned this, so management should take it seriously and rectify it. I don’t have a strong sense of smell but even I could detect the odor. Don’t know exactly how to describe it, but it seemed like a combination of wet, dirty dog, old cigarette smoke and a damp unclean toilet. Maybe an unclean HVAC unit too? Just not pleasant. I see that you are pet-friendly, so perhaps you could limit pets to certain rooms or definitely sanitize and de-odorize afterward. Other than the smell, everything else was good with room amenities, breakfast and staff.

Luckily, I was able to reserve a room at this location. The room was clean and the staff were so kind and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast both days of our stay and it was delightful. Jennifer, who was working the night shift shortly after our check-in, assisted in helping me make contact with an auto glass company after hours. I was so grateful to her! She went above and beyond in her duties. We were able to get back on the road by Tuesday.
