    I was rudy awakened by room service, and if I had not had the latch lock they would have barged in my room.I told them that I didn’t want any room service and I also put the do not disturb sign on the door.When I went to work they went in my room anyway and ramble through my suitcase.

    Overall, the hotel is good and what you’d expect. We’ve stayed previously, but I marked it down for our 8/28/25 stay due to the very un-fresh smell of our room (#219). Several other reviews have mentioned this, so management should take it seriously and rectify it. I don’t have a strong sense of smell but even I could detect the odor. Don’t know exactly how to describe it, but it seemed like a combination of wet, dirty dog, old cigarette smoke and a damp unclean toilet. Maybe an unclean HVAC unit too? Just not pleasant. I see that you are pet-friendly, so perhaps you could limit pets to certain rooms or definitely sanitize and de-odorize afterward. Other than the smell, everything else was good with room amenities, breakfast and staff.
