  I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone. The overall experience felt careless and unwelcoming from start to finish. Breakfast was served with Fox News playing loudly on the TV, which is not something I expect or want forced on me in a shared public space. It set an uncomfortable tone right away. The pool was closed early on a Saturday night for no apparent reason, despite there being no issues with it. This was especially frustrating since amenities are a major reason people choose hotels in the first place. Basic conveniences were missing or broken. The ice machine did not work. There was no filtered water available anywhere on site. Several lights and outlets in the room didn’t function. The pillows were laughably small and uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty on arrival, including visible pubic hair on the toilet, which is unacceptable. There were also crumbs in the bed, which made it feel like the room had not been properly cleaned at all. Sleep was nearly impossible due to an unattended dog left barking early in the morning for hours. No staff appeared to address it. The front desk staff never once greeted us when we came or went. They acted inconvenienced by guests and gave the impression they did not want to be there at all. There are no streaming services available, only basic cable, which feels outdated. To make matters worse, there is no elevator, only stairs, and we were not informed of this until after we were already booked on the second floor. Between the lack of cleanliness, broken amenities, poor communication, and unprofessional atmosphere, this stay was a disappointment in nearly every way. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

  Well.... It looked alot better online. But it was comfortable. Small breakfast but not bad. I've Sean much smaller.

  So I am currently a guest here , first floor and near a door. This woman working the front desk is the worst person to have running this place especially at night. Burt toast and smoke all thru the hallways she would have had to have left these burn for a really long time and it's 243am! Then this same girl seemingly sneaks.out of a room window and it's possible am actually room right behind bushes by the front door and the exact moment this happens a young man walks almost parallel through the front door She's not dressed appropriately and the male and her were timed PERFECTLY. All that was an hour ago and I'm now on lobby she's nowhere to be seen and it still stinks. Unreal

  I got the suite because I like to sit on the sofa and watch tv after a long trip. The tv in the suite did not have a power cord. My daughter wanted an extra pillow, so I went down to the front desk. They were not friendly. They simply informed me that they knew there wasn’t a power cord and there were no extra pillows. There was no offer to change the room. It’s a shame, really, because the neighborhood is pretty nice.

  If I could give a 0 I would. It smelled horrible in the room of urine. The fridge had mold and smelled like something rotten in it. The phone was broken in the room. The bathroom had not been cleaned. Disgusting. Then was charged an extra $105.12 a week after my stay and had to dispute with my bank after confronting the property and owner regarding this. They declined charging my card 5 days after my stay stating no deposit was taken. I showed them my bank and confirmed with my bank it processed and had to dispute it because they were denying charging me. When I first went to check in the lady at the front desk warmed me the owner charges deposits all the time to people which I was specials of and should have never given my card after that. The owner stated she did not charge me but is definitely sketchy. Do not stay here. Not worth the headache. I now have to get a new card and everything because of the fraudulent activity they caused.
