Hot tub not working, stomping all night above me, water was warm-not hot in bathroom, and refrigerator was loud. Used water pitcher in fridge. Dresser drawers kept coming open.
You can hear the traffic from the freeway. A far cry from the Hilton in Overland Park I transitioned from for my business trip. Very disappointed.

there was black mold in the corner of the shower and the arm of the couch was torn. It didn't feel like the room was worth the over $200 I paid for a single night. The breakfast was average with eggs that I think came from powder. I think they could step up their game a bit. I did let the front desk know of the room issues before I posted a review. I do like the convenience of this location as I travel on I-70 all the time. The area has a lot of options for dining, and it's a safe area to be in. I have stayed here before and have had no issues, and will probably stay again, just needed to let the staff know of this particular room.

Rooms are lovely but you can hear the guy snoring in the next room. Paper thin walls and floors. Very disappointed

The room was great, and the water pressure was perfect — which is always a top priority for me when staying at a hotel. The game room, pool, and hot tub made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

We travel a lot and we always stay at a Hilton hotel. We love them!! This particular hotel, not so much. The front desk lady was NOT friendly at all. (We are Diamond Members ) They are supposed to offer us drinks and a snack upon arrival, which they did not. She seemed annoyed that we were interrupting her (we had waited about 4 min without anyone at the front desk. The bathroom was not as clean either. It looked like black mold was on the edge of the shower. The water pressure sucked. This seemed like a run down old hotel, not your typical Homewood Suites. Breakfast was cold and so was the evening reception. They had burgers that night. In the morning when we checked out, the gentleman who was at the front desk was somewhat friendlier. Maybe it was Topeka in general, everywhere we went the people were not the nicest.
