    Only one ice machine and not close to rooms. Children put in room above me and ran back and forth non stop. Why would you place them over someone on a business trip? Was woke up to water splashing on my face at 2 am due to a water leak in ceiling and had to pack up everything and change rooms. Was moved from a king size bed to a double bed and hotel did not offer any compensation, I had to ask for it. Bathrooms were a bit run down, specifically tub and grout. Rooms were just surface cleaned, like floors swept and not mopped . Front desk at check out used curse words ion check out. Check out was a mess as clerk check out wrong guest first and I noticed it when she gave me my receipt. Very unprofessional staff.

    Everything was fine, but Tara at the front desk took such great care of our huge group that I felt the need to leave a review. One of our teens got hurt in the parking lot and she did everything she could to help us out, accommodate our group and was so kind. I hope Tara’s boss knows what a blessing she is!!

    Used shower clothes left hanging on shower head. Other than that good job. Note when you see that, you wonder what else hasn't been done. Thank you

    Such a bad time for us. We checked in at 3 pm and people above us made a very loud noise since 3 pm until almost 10 pm non stop. My husband called the reception twice and she said she’d took care of it but later that seems like nothing solved and my husband called to the reception again and she said , She went up to them on 3rd floor and they were having a birthday party and seems like the staff didn’t do anything else because we had to sat in the room listened to the noise from people above us until late night because it was so loud and we couldn’t sleep. I know that there is a sign for quiet time from 10pm to 6 am but the hotel should be able to solve the noise complaint better than this. It was disturbing others customers. Such a horrible experience for us staying there that’s day and night. I wish I could upload the videos i took for how loud they were.
