The day before and the day of it rained all day obviously ruining our plans. I called this hotel with about 24 hours before the wedding and begged for a room large enough to host our party. They didn’t even blink an eye. They worked with me on price, flexibility, and the service the entire time was amazing! The ladies at the front desk are such an asset to your hotel along with the manager that worked that night! I can’t thank this hotel enough for everything they did. If they wouldn’t have worked with us I don’t know where we would have gotten married!

I found 3 adults in the bed I was sleeping in. The front desk was nice to was my belongings but nothing else and no compensation. Just moved my room. I will never stay here again.
