When you arrive the hotel is completely under construction, the pool, hottub, mini golf and restaurant are all closed and being renovated but they mislead you selling you the booking at retail with all the amenities; even the different entrances are shut down with only one door to get into the hotel and of course the booking is non-refundable because everyone would cancel as soon as they arrive. This is very evident because anytime you pass the front desk they’re trying to talk down an angry guest that was misled like you
