- CCCopelandOct 19, 20255.0Staff is wonderful. Beds and rooms are clean. Someone needs to tell City of Topeka not to pick up garbage at 2am and wake up guests with garbage trucks. Breakfast was leftovers reheated. The first day was good, the second day the biscuits were hard as a rock and the gravy was cold.

I also asked for clean towels daily and they didn’t come. So my husband had to chase down the maids to get them. Hotel rooms are small but quiet. There was no channel guide for the TV. There were no plastic cups of any kind in the room. And no coffee in the room which people need. The front desk folks were friendly.
