  Great 1 night stay. Cody at check in was friendly and helpful. Clean room, comfortable beds, excellent pillows, nice shower. Good coffee and reasonable selection of food items, served at correct temperatures for breakfast. Heated pool and hot tub were available but we didn't have time. Would definitely stay here again.

  I want to start with the positives, because they truly deserve to be recognized. Sam and the rest of the staff were amazing—friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. From being greeted warmly in the mornings during breakfast, to handling multiple issues that came up during my stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond. Sam, in particular, was proactive, responsive, and professional every single time I brought something to the front desk. That said, the hotel itself has several issues that impacted my stay. The elevator has a posted sign stating that the button for the 3rd floor is malfunctioning. Using it felt like playing an arcade game where button-mashing skills are put to the test. The sign mentioned that a technician would fix it “tomorrow,” but I stayed multiple days and it was never repaired. On Wednesday, when I returned from work, there was a very strong marijuana odor throughout the entire 3rd floor. I informed the front desk, and once again, Sam immediately took action to address the situation. Later that evening, while I was showering, the vent above the toilet began to fall off. After reporting this, I was moved to another room. Unfortunately, in the second room, the TV could not access Netflix due to an error stating there was no internet connectivity. After I notified the front desk, Sam was at my door within seconds trying to fix it—but again, no luck. At that point, since it was already late, I chose to stay put and go without Netflix, even though it’s one of the main reasons I enjoy staying at Holiday Inn. I should also mention that the first room did not have a working phone, which is an important safety feature. Thankfully, the second room did. Overall, the staff here is definitely above average and did everything they could with the situations they were given. However, the hotel itself clearly needs some TLC and maintenance attention. With better upkeep, this location could easily match the high standard set by its staff.
