  This used to be my "go to" place to stay when I came to town to visit friends. After my experience yesterday with all of the staff on the phone with regards to my upcoming reservation, not anymore. This used to be a great place to stay when it was under prior management, so just take all of the great reviews with a grain of salt, because it's really gone downhill since then. I had a reservation booked here for April. I had booked my stay quite a while back and while checking my reservations, I noticed that IHG was having a flash sale and that I could book at a better rate than I had originally received. So, I canceled my original reservation and rebooked. BOTH reservations were "no deposit required", which is exactly why I did this. Imagine my surprise and dismay when I was checking my bank and credit cards to find that I had already been charged for my rebooking! I called the hotel yesterday morning to try to find out exactly why. I got nothing but the runaround and absolutely no answers. No apologies, no reason other than "oh, the manager thought those were all prepaid reservations" (after the FOURTH phone call to the hotel trying to get answers) and being made to feel like I was the one at fault. I rebooked at the Hampton Inn for the same price for a much better room. I really like the value that IHG hotels provide, and stay in a great number of them in my travels all over the world. But after this fiasco without so much as an apology by the staff and office manager, I'll not be staying at this particular IHG again. I'm a Platinum Elite member and I've never been made to feel like such an issue and won't be back.

  Be very careful who you speak to and what rooms you book, the staff at the front desk will not refund rooms when canceled.

  Tim was great. Very welcoming. He went above and beyond helping me park my truck and trailer as well as getting ice fir my wife. We will return and this time we'll make sure to use the pool. Thanks for a great trip.

  Excellent service at front desk. Good breakfast choices. Rooms were very clean.
