We had Such an Amazing stay here... Even my 8 month old Granddaughter Eleanor had fun... Staff was Amazing, complimentary breakfast was Delicious (closes at 8:30 am not 9)

Checked in to our room after a long morning of driving for a quick nap befor we had to get to what we came for did not get to nap nabers were banging on there door like to police heard them yelling and sounded like someone was kicking a door in there room went to desk to complain found out it was an employees room they were staying in with there family seems like its an apartment building rather than a motel then next morning found long black hair in the food so did not eat staff was rude breakfast was only open for an hour the put it all away the sausage and eggs in Tupperware to use the next day was not happy with our stay not sure I will book here again

I recently stayed at your hotel for one night, and I feel compelled to share my experience, which unfortunately was quite disappointing.
Firstly, I encountered a serious issue with billing. I was charged twice for one room, amounting to $197.07 for each charge. Despite spending over an hour at the front desk trying to resolve this issue, I was told by your staff that there was no way to refund one of the charges, even after I presented clear evidence of both transactions. It took significant effort to finally receive a refund for one charge after insisting on getting the staff member's name.
Additionally, upon entering my room, I found it to be in a less than acceptable condition. There were stains on the bed and pillows, marks on surfaces, and even hair in the bathtub. This obviously does not meet the cleanliness standards one would expect when booking accommodation.
Considering these issues, I cannot recommend your hotel to others based on my experience. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work towards improving the quality of service and cleanliness for future guests.

Quick check-in, the desk person was polite. The room was clean, and near the entrance. The shower/restroom was clean and had plenty of towels. The room was a good temperature. Everything in the room was clean and in working order. Will stay again if through this way again. Would recommend to others and have.
