  We had a great stay, Andy at check-in was very nice and Tejas at checkout the next morning was so friendly and kind. The hotel looks brand new and the room was well appointed with a fridge and microwave. Comfortable bed and a nice sitting area. The complementary breakfast was full of great items including hot biscuits, sausage, egg patties as well as a pancake machine . The coffee brewing machine gives you a lot of options as well the juice dispenser. A great location right off 135 makes it a good choice for travelers. We will be back!

  Worst experience ever. The service here was absolutely unacceptable. We were traveling with our kids, completely exhausted, and simply needed a place to rest for a few hours. We made a reservation for Saturday and arrived early Friday morning hoping to stay until Saturday’s checkout. The front desk clerk was extremely unhelpful and dismissive. Even after explaining our situation and that we were willing to check out the same morning, they refused to work with us in any way. The worst part is they would not issue a refund, even though we arrived at 5:30 AM and would have checked out by 9 AM. Because of their lack of care and humanity, we ended up having to sleep in our car with our children, despite having already paid. Do not stay here. Terrible experience, terrible service, and absolutely no compassion for travelers.

  Frustrating Stay from Start to Finish This was one of the worst Best Western stays I’ve experienced. The property is surrounded by construction with no clear detour or signage, and GPS directions led me to a dead end. I could see the hotel but couldn’t reach it until I followed signs meant for a nearby restaurant — not exactly a smooth arrival. At check-in, the front desk clerk greeted me, then chose to help the man who walked in after me. Traveling with pets, I was charged twice for the pet fee, and it was billed separately from my room. The room was disappointing. The bathroom sink was out in the main room, the cabinet next to it was flimsy and shook when touched, and the bed was on a metal frame that clanged loudly every time I moved. When I tried to turn on the shower, the handle came off in my hands — not what you expect at any hotel, let alone a Best Western. I was thankful for a first-floor room since the elevator was out of service, but as Platinum members, we were surprised not to receive even a bottle of water — something consistently offered at other Best Westerns. This location needs serious improvement — better communication about construction access, more attentive front-desk service, and attention to room maintenance. I will not stay here again.

  It was a nice room and the breakfast was good, but the bathtub in my room was backwards. Everything else seem fine, I would stay there again if they lowered their price!!
