- LALevi ArnoldFeb 17, 20262.0Just stayed for two nights at the Park City Best Western. The hotel looked very nice and was very clean. The pool was open but looked like there was something very wrong with it. (There was a bubbly film across the entire surface.) As soon as you walk into the hotel you are greeted with the sign in the picture. It states that to get room service by house keeping you must request it with a 24 hour notice. Otherwise you should bring your dirty towels to the front desk to exchange them for clean ones. I did request the service since I was staying two nights and was asked if I could just bring them to the desk instead. I said fine. However, it is really not acceptable. If you want to provide an extra discount off of the current reservation cost for no needed room service- that would be acceptable and even in cases amazing. However, this is an expected service for hotels. Not meeting that expectation is not a great business choice. Finally, the breakfast was not good. Well before the cutoff time of 9 am, the food was bland and you could tell it had been sitting there for way too long. Several of the options were either empty or down to the last drops/ smallest amount and no one was checking them.
- MSMakayla SpotzFeb 6, 20265.0Very clean room with comfortable beds. The biscuits for biscuits and gravy for breakfast were amazingly soft. The hospitality when we walked in was just the topping on the cake. This is by far the best place I’ve stayed . I will definitely be returning!
