- RWRandall Wofford3 days ago3.0Pros - Great location. Easy to get in and out of parking lot. Building and room were clean (except bathroom, we'll get to that). Breakfast isn't complimentary, but they had a great selection and the buffet was worth the $14 price. Cons - Bathtub still had hair in the corner. They use the refillable locked containers for toiletries and they are very aged - the bottles were yellowing. Conditioner pump was jammed and clogged with dried conditioner. This seems to be a chain directive and is a horrible choice. Go back to individual bottles! The water spout for the shower didn't transfer water to the shower head all the way so water still poured loudly from the tub spout and the shower head was weak. (Room 323). Also, you couldn't call the elevator to floor 3. You had to call the front desk because the buttons were broken. This is KC metro, not backwoods KS. There are dozens of elevator repair businesses around. That should be a 1-2 day fix, tops. Lack of urgency for a staple part of your business. I tried to call the elevator at 8pm and the phone rang for a minute straight. Took the stairs. To quote Jim Carrey - I've had better.

They should just put the drinks out so you can do your own drinks. The waitress isn’t very great at keeping an eye on your drinks and getting refills. Good hot breakfast selection but the gravy is watery. No milk for the cereal. Traffic noise starts early being by the hospital. Between 5-5:30.
