Really nice place with a lot of commodities. Safe area with many food places nearby. Breakfast is great if you’re not picky, and also have others options 24/7 like coffee, hot chocolate and free cookies. They have a warm pool inside for when it’s cold. Very clean and nice lobby if you have to do work or eat in peace. The staff is very attentive. In my case, I stayed with my soccer team and the hotel manager came to us apologizing that they could’ve prepared better. This tells you they care about details, as the food might not be enough or things like that.
The only thing I would change is the pillows from the rooms, as they are a little too small and skinny. The rooms are also clean and have a lot of space.

Great breakfast, nice area with many good places nearby (gas station, food spots, Dave and busters, etc.). Rooms are great, however the pillows could be better, too soft.

Rooms were very nice only complaint is that the shower pressure is pretty bad but everything else is top the staff is extremely kind and often would keep breakfast open after closing to accommodate for guests. Any problems we had were promptly fixed with the staff 0 issues in that sense at all. The location is what it is, kansas is a absolute ghost town but the hotel does its best, next to many restaurants and some malls, so i would say for being in kansas it doesnt gwt much better. The only other thing i could rlly complain about would be to maybe raise the temperature of the indoor pool

I wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone. I must say location is great and that’s the only reason I would recommend this place. Staff not really friendly didn’t really speak at all coming and going. Hallways always smelled fresh while cleaning but it wears off after a while and you can see and smell the stains on the carpet. Found a bug in a room Dresser. Took a video of it to show the front desk and they informed me a manager would be contacting me. Got a new room but never heard from any manager and the room reeked of dog Urine. You can tell the carpets haven’t been cleaned in a while. Room service came around every other day but they never completely cleaned. Just got home a couple days ago and the juicer that I bought while I was staying in the hotel just arrived to my home and guess what arrived with it..bugs

Mattress had a plastic cover that made it hot for sleeping. Nice breakfast. I really liked that the hotel added items to their breakfast for the Japanese guests.
