  Not for people with a toddler. NO WORKING HIGH CHAIRS OR YOUTH CHAIRS. Fine rooms, poor breakfast. High chairs were dangerous. One was filthy, with very thick dried goo covering the seat. The other was clean, but useless. Mis-matched high chair trays. Fell off, endangering the child. Very frustrating for everyone as the baby could not eat. Staff ignored the problem. Complained, but they did nothing. Also, labeled high sugar cereals as “healthiest”. No low sugar whole grain choices. Bacon and sausage were good. Poor coffee.

  주변에 걸어서 갈 정도로 음식점도 많고 쇼핑도 편합니다. 이보다 좋은곳은 지내보지 않았지만, 항상 힐튼 호텔은 멀리 내다보고 위치를 선점 하는거 같습니다. 정말 좋아요!!

  I dont recommend staying at this hotel. Ive stayed numerous when I travel for business and usually keep to myself. Most recently I stayed here and the service was horrible. On numerous occasions hotel staff would just walk in the room unannouced and then when hey realized that someone was in the room the would leave without any explanation. I could under stand if it was for cleaning but they never came by to clean the room. I checked out right before Thanksgiving to travel home. After my flight landed I realized I had left a small bag with my car keys in it at the hotel. Called the front desk and described the lost item and told them what room I was in. The gentle men at the front desk said he would go look and call me back. Never heard back. I figured it was the holiday and I was coming back the following so I would just try to retrieve my item then. Arrived back the hotel the next week, spoke with the lady at the front desk as I was checking in and told her what had happened she said she would check with house keeping and call me to let me know. Waited for over an hour to hear anything from her. Finally I decided to walk down stairs to ask but as I was about to leave my room a gentlemen who worked for the hotel just walked into my room no knock just walked on in. He made some comment about cleaning the floors which is funny since I followed him out and he didnt have any cleaning supplies out in the hallway. Once I finally got down stairs the lady behind the counter said that no one had reported anything. The bag in question is small and could be easily missed especially considering how little the cleaning staff actually does. I asked if the room was occupied and she said yes. I asked if she could call the occupant of the room and she said she didn't want to disturb the guest. I attempted to knock on the door and understandably the person didn't answer for a stranger. I decided since no help would be offered to check out early the next morning and to go stay at a different hotel for the remainder of and including future business travel. Utterly disappointing customer service and the lack of security seeing how numerous people entered my room numerous occasions without even announcing themselves. Update: I will say after writing this review and the owner responding I was contacted by the front desk about 3 days later and my keys had been found in the room I had previously stated in. Had the staff actually looked all of this could've been avoided. To respond to the owner's statement of we hope to welcome you back soon, this location has lost our business.

  Really nice place with a lot of commodities. Safe area with many food places nearby. Breakfast is great if you’re not picky, and also have others options 24/7 like coffee, hot chocolate and free cookies. They have a warm pool inside for when it’s cold. Very clean and nice lobby if you have to do work or eat in peace. The staff is very attentive. In my case, I stayed with my soccer team and the hotel manager came to us apologizing that they could’ve prepared better. This tells you they care about details, as the food might not be enough or things like that. The only thing I would change is the pillows from the rooms, as they are a little too small and skinny. The rooms are also clean and have a lot of space.
