This level of communication is very unprofessional, especially for such an important occasion. I was really interested in working with your hotel, but the repeated lack of response has made me reconsider my choice. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and improves their customer service.
- HHHannahNov 30, 20255.0I want to start off by saying Jessica in the restaurant and she was so sweet and nice I absolutely loved her. She served us so well and was so interested in us as customers. Me and my long distance boyfriend were on our first long distance date and she .ade it so special. We went for dinner and loved her so much we came back for dessert. We ordered cheesecake and she made it so special for us. She put the cheesecake in a heart it was amazing and I cant tell you how good it was. The room was nice I liked the veiw and the water pressure was amazing I loved the dove soap since im allergic to coconut and dove is amazing for me. But if anything GIVE JESSICA A RAISE. I dont like breakfast isn't free and we were not told until after we got our plates and had to seat ourselves.
