  I have recently begun traveling more for work and every trip it seems like something goes wrong and this trip was no exception. However, Angela at the front desk was so welcoming and kind. After a long stressful day of travel complications landing in a comfortable place to rest was such a blessing. Travel issues this time were vehicle related and I was stuck at the hotel for the night at that point. The restaurant and bar are bright and updated, the food was great and the service was even better. Olivia was also so kind and friendly while they got my order ready. Next time I am in KC I will staying at Holiday Inn & Suites Overland Park.

  Angela at the front desk was an absolute delight! After being on the road for 10 hours, she was polite, courteous and helped me extend my stay another night as my plans had changed. In fact, your entire staff was so wonderful! From the lady in the restaurant serving breakfast by herself to every single one of the front desk personnel, all of them were incredibly friendly! Thank you all for making my stay stress free and welcoming!

  Several nice things about the hotel. Spaces suites, nice large bathroom with large shower. They have an indoor/outdoor pool. Would have been nice if staff would have communicated better where our room was. Had to walk clear across the hotel from the front desk. Just to find out a side door was right next to our room, I'm disabled and it's difficult to walk far.

  Stayed for 2days and the staff were wonderful. I didn’t get the name of the young lady Friday night but she was very helpful getting us checked in and other needs. Demarcus was great during the days and Erica in the restaurant was awesome both days. She was hustling around handling all the customers (we were part of a volleyball team and most were staying there) however no matter how busy, she didn’t fail to check in each customer and ask if you needed help if you looked her way. And the breakfast was very good. The rooms were nice. However some of the fixtures in the bathroom were rusted -the towel was so rusted it wad pretty disgusting. But, again kudos to the staff.
