I have called, and emailed since checkout, no luck. No return calls or emails, even from the gm. I have never experienced such a total lack of customer care.

I had a bag of trash from the school bus and I asked an employee in the lobby if I could place it in their dumpster and he actually took it out there for me. Overall a great experience.
