- TGTim GriffinDec 7, 20251.0We checked in on Friday evening and my wife and I attempted to take showers. The hot water pressure was minimal and the hot water lasted only long enough for one shower. We notified the front desk and maintenance had still not addressed the issue by the time we checked out Sunday morning.

Found an egg sack in the dishes cabinet. When I alerted the front desk, she said they hotel was booked out that night and offered me a discount. Refusing to stay in a room that is INFESTED with roaches, I asked if she could move to reservation to another Candlewood Suites. She said not possible bc it is independelty owned. Not only was the room unaccepted, the coustmer services was not there. 10:30 pm, after over 9 hours of travel, I had to search out another hotel. I reached out to corporate and they are unable to address this, as this unit is "independently owned." Disappointed to hear that, I would hope for more quality control across a chain. Two weeks later they billed my cc for $50. I'm trying to dispute it.

We thought it was very nice and clean until we discovered cockroaches crawling around the sink and counters of our kitchenette last night. I did alert the front desk when checking out this morning. We will not be staying here again.

The rooms are so clean, the Halls are clean laundry is free and there's a fitness center and a little store if you run out of something. The rooms have dishes and pans and a stove, refrigerator and microwave. Huge rooms with a desk as well. It's located by various grocery stores and restaurants including a quick trip across the street. It's quiet here and the staff is amazing, anything you need they're available. I had to change my reservation due to them taking longer to renovate my home and I had no problem getting extensions. They allow pets and I highly recommend this place for either short-term or long-term stay.
