  Very clean room nice environment. Was literally here just to sleep but the room was top notch for not that much. The breakfast the next morning was astounding biscuits and gravy sausage bacon waffles muffins cereal pancakes cinnamon rolls eggs omelets oatmeal I do believe AMAZING BREAKFAST

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Stay – We’ll Be Back Every Year! Our stay at the Holiday Inn in Ottawa, Kansas was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The service was top-notch, the room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—one of the best nights of sleep we’ve had while traveling. The breakfast truly sets this hotel apart. Not only was it delicious and well stocked, but they had real bacon, which was a huge win and something you don’t always find anymore. Everyone on staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind, but Leslie at the front desk deserves special recognition. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home and was an absolute pleasure to interact with. This hotel has earned our loyalty—we will definitely be back every year. Highly recommend to anyone passing through or staying in the area!

  Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was also good. Biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon. The place was very clean and modern. I liked that it was located near some fast food places for a quick bite.

  ***50/50 hotel stay for us.*** -- Staff was very kind and even had decorated the lobby with fall theme. A thoughtful touch when these hotels usually feel clean, but can seem clinical. -- Air conditioner in our room seemed to need serviced. It ran most of the night at the lowest setting and never got the humidity out of the room, even though outside temps had dropped into the mid 40's in October. -- Shower water pressure was very low, even when showering at 6am on a Sunday. And our shower base had some peeling caulk and looked like it had some mildew happening. -- The lobby coffee machines have pretty good coffee 24/7. And the cinnamon roll I had for breakfast was up there with the best I've had. -- Sleep - The bedding isn't as good as Hampton Inn's. The bottom sheet moved around and the comforter needs more weight to it. And the smoke detector on the ceiling had a green strobe that blinks continuously. -- I'm 50 years old and for $200/night it just seems expensive to me for what it is. At this price point, I still prefer the Hampton Inn.
