  This hotel has treated us like family. We came in for a family emergency took.us 10 hrs to get here. We kept having to change our reservation because our family member was getting sicker faster then expected. They accommodated these changes so gracefully. I had to bring my children and it We unfortunately thier spring break and fell on Easter weekend. My kids were spoiled with cookies. Time at the pool and the biggest of all was the staff threw my kids a Easter egg hunt in the front lobby. I mean what company or group of people would do that? The GM Karlie, Mac, Quinton, Maria, ALL of the housekeeping staff (wish I knew all thier names) were over the moon helpful, sweet, provided anything needed on request with speed and accuracy. This hotel blew my mind and I wish I could have this staff back home for the VIP treatment here was no joke. I could not be more grateful especially under the circumstances of why we had to stay over a week with them

  This is a great value. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and helpful. The location is outstanding if you are needing to get to Lawrence or anywhere out west in Olathe or Overland Park. We will definitely stay here again.

  Super kind staff, let us check out late and get extra towels and stuff. Breakfast was yummy lots of choices and hot food, clean hotel couldn’t recommend it more!!!

  We stayed here before, but I didn’t review it and last time. This is a great hotel, conveniently located near the highway and for your visits to Olathe in Overland Park. It’s also not too far from Lenexa. The rooms are very clean and the staff is great. We did not take advantage of the continental breakfast this morning so I can’t offer any opinion opinions on it. However, I must say that I was quite impressed when we checked in last night and the general manager herself, met us at the front desk. That says something about a hotel when the general manager is willing to work nights to cover for her employee employees who can’t make it in. I was quite impressed. We will definitely return to this hotel. We experienced absolutely no problems with our check-in or our stay.
