  It’s rare to find a hotel where the staff is so genuinely kind and professional while the building itself feels like it’s waving a white flag. If I were rating the team alone, this would be a 5-star review, but a hotel's primary job is to provide a safe, clean place to sleep—and this property fails on almost every physical level. From the moment we walked in, the entire room hit us with a heavy, persistent smell of damp, wet towels. It wasn't just a "tired" hotel; it felt neglected. Our room featured walls that looked like they had been patched together by a toddler, and both the bathtub and sink were heavily stained. Outside, the pool area was littered with rusty hangers, which felt like a genuine safety hazard. The mechanical issues were the final straw. The elevator got stuck and made terrifying noises every time it moved, and we had to have our key cards re-coded three separate times during a four-night stay just to get into our room. The location is perfect and the people working here deserve a much better facility to manage. Unless this place undergoes a massive, top-to-bottom renovation, the great service simply isn't enough to make up for the deteriorating and unsanitary conditions. Avoid this one until they put some real work into it.

  I have to say that I was a bit disappointed i don't normally stay at a holiday Inn just because they are a bit expensive but this one was in my price range. The beds were poorly made the shower head was about to fall off the wall tv remote didn't match the channels on the guide made it difficult to find stations just wasn't at all that I was expecting.

  Reasonable quality. Some obvious wear and tear from the luggage carts. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was typical hotel quality and opened on time. Pool was broken

  Great cust serv. Nice rooms. iinoe loved the room. She played running and climbing. We had a pleasant 2 day stay.

  Stayed here for business. Front desk called and woke me up because person at check in entered my credentials incorrectly.. Shower had rust stains. Pillows were terrible. Not a good experience.
