  I've spent many days and nights in many hotels and motels around the world and I have never experienced a place like Sure-Stay in olathe kansas. Mrs Tracy, who is a part of the office administration is the most kindest person on earth. The whole staff there from the housekeepers to maintenance is top notch. I've never felt more comfortable in a hotel or motel and I've been in the best of the best, yet no one compares to the security and hospitality that they provide. I am grateful for their service 🙏

  Yes I was out of towels and an Asian maintenance guy brought me towels which I really appreciate! It's the small stuff that makes huge difference and makes me want to stay at places like that...

  No lock on our side of the connecting room. You could see light around the door when it was closed coming in from outside. There was cockroaches small and large in the room.

  Stayed here for a bit, and the office lady Tracie is AMAZING!! Everybody is great but she is so awesome! Always has a smile on her face and friendly. The rooms are great and housekeeping stays on top of them. They are clean, no bugs, and comfy beds!!! Breakfast is always good to! So if you are looking for a convenient hotel close to the highway and plenty of restaurants, gas stations and things to do then this is the place to stay!! They are also pet friendly! Thanks Tracie for everything!!! 🤗🤗
