The hotel is located at a dead-end street. Hotel is ok, only visited once. Felt sketchy.

They double-booked the room, and the person I booked the room for had to leave and check in at a different hotel. Awful experience, as a platinum elite member, THIS IS NOT the type of service I would expect. The person I booked for was already in the room when someone else walked in.

I am giving this an overall 1. I left items in a room, and for 2 days I was told it was found, but needed to talk to a manager to get it sent back. I call them today, when they were supposed to call me back and never did. Anyhow, they are now saying it's not there and I have to call back again. The rooms are nice, but their service staff is absolutely atrocious.

Hot tub is warm, jets don’t work, and towels offered in the pool area are baby size. Wi-Fi is hit or miss. Shower in the room wouldn't hold water for a bath. Needless to say on day 1 of my trip I’m not happy. Hopefully the rest of my stay is better but not a good first impression!
