It's a shame to rate this so low as I've stayed at many Hilton properties over the years (at one point I was Diamond Elite) and they're usually my go-to, but not this time.
The major problem was water pressure - we were on the top floor and the water kind of fell out very gently. It was so bad that in the morning, I turned on the hot trickle in the sink and it literally took over 5 minutes to warm up. The shower was way worse and at one point, the water flow actually stopped! We used to have an old cabin on a lake in MN and when the pump was acting up that would happen to us, so I guess it did bring back some fond memories - ha! I told my wife and daughter to not even consider washing their hair as it would take them the rest of the day. I spoke to the manager (who did offer to send up maintenance), but then another employee told me a pump was out - what would maintenance have done? Why not just be honest about the situation?
On a minor note, both our electronic and hard key card were both deactivated overnight - not a big deal, but I was told the system has been moody since the time change - wasn't that weeks ago?
One more note and Hilton's seem to be plagued by this - the TV reception is terrible. Some channels can't lock on the signal so you end up choosing something based on what comes in. We weren't there long, so not a big deal, but frustrating nonetheless.
I was told I'd be contacted by their management over the issues, but silence...... I did fill out their survey and got a boilerplate response, so I guess they're not too worried about it.

Modern hotel with very clean rooms and great bathrooms. Breakfast buffet served for $12.99 includes hot eggs, bacon and sausage, cheesy potatoes, and pancakes, as well as waffles, cereal, oatmeal, pastries and breads, yogurt, juice and coffee.
Attached steak house for dinner. Location is near tons of shopping and easily accessible to I-435. We will return!
