My mother needed an extra towel once and they didn’t have any towels at the moment smh!! We got the towels we needed the next day when we didn’t need them anymore! the outlets near the beds didint work either. The breakfast was plain regular. I had bacon eggs mashed potatoes sausage and toast, the eggs were super mushy and the sausages had a bread consistency in the inside. Yuck! They make it seem like a super nice luxury but all it was Is clean. The beds was comfy and clean, that’s literally it. ALSO we turned the AC on and left it on while we went somewhere and we noticed the tempature was lowered and the lights were turned off probably by staff! No privacy! How cheap can you be to have to turn off lights and AC at a hotel. I give this place a solid 4/10 because yeah the beds were clean but the couch was not vacuumed under and the tv quality was absolute garbage. Really not worth the price per night.

I had a wonderful experience, so I booked again. I accidentally booked through a third party while driving. Though I am a Hilton honors gold member, I was made to feel small and insignificant. I was told I had an accessible room for the disabled. I did not want that room. I was told that I had no choice. I asked if I could switch rooms for my last two nights of the stay. Once again, total disregard for customer service or satisfaction. My request was denied once again. I thought I'd wait until the next morning to maybe have better luck with a more rational person at the front desk. I was wrong. My request to switch rooms was again denied with a very negative obtuse attitude. I asked to cancel the balance of my stay. Since it was booked through a third party, they would not allow this either. So, essentially I was now being held "hostage" forced to stay all three nights in a room i did not want or need for three nights, no options. I was totally at their mercy. It would've been okay, but the attitudes of the staff were absolutely awful! I've been a Hilton Honors member for many years. Here I come Marriott. I hope your customer service skills are superior to what I just experienced. I want to say thank you to all other staff at this hotel. The kitchen staff was amazing, the staff up on the rooftop, all room attendants, everyone except two front desk employees that I'm sure will have each other's back if and when this incident is investigated. So long Hilton, to me you've lost your Honors in more ways than just losing me. I abandoned my last two nights that were paid for out of principal. I found another hotel outside of the Hilton chain that will accommodate.
