- MRmystery reviewsDec 31, 20255.0I am a guest who overheard what happened with that lady’s husband. “Kerry” was extremely patient and respectful whereas the lady’s wife and the husband were extremely disrespectful and loud. I overheard the wife saying she works for candlewood as well and am appalled at the treatment she was giving to the staff. I am very impressed with how they stayed calm and respectful even when the TX employee was cussing them out and causing disorder. I will be giving the TX location a 1 star for how the staff member represented herself on the phone. All this for a pot/ frying pan!!! Those other people need to learn some manners. So amazed with our staff for how they handled that 👏

So he comes in with a cc authorization each time he stays with IHG. Very very rude staff. Her name is Kerry. He checked in 12/31/25. She spoke to him very condescending saying he’s reservation wasn’t paid which it was she never attempted to look for cc form! He was tired coming off the road driving 8 hours why as a diamond member does he have to deal with such incompetence!!! He felt profiled!!! Please retrain your staff!!! Absolutely ridiculous treatment!!
