My husband and I had a free night booked at this location and were about 15 minutes from arriving when we were involved in a horrific car crash. We phoned them from the hospital and they would NOT give back the points for our free night even though we were being admitted to the hospital. I immediately left a bad review. A few days later the owner of this particular location phoned us and said she was disappointed with my review and she would give our points back IF we would take the review down. We did so. She also said it would take a few days for the points to go back. We spent 20,000 points on this night and she's given back only 500. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION, they are dishonest and do not have any humanity. My husband and I lost everything in this crash, a brand new car, I have 8 broken ribs and a mangled arm and he has 3 broken ribs and a busted up face. We now have no transportation back and forth to doctors, cant work, etc. I am shocked and we are DIAMOND members. WE WILL NEVER USE BEST WESTERN, ever again.

From providing fresh coffee to assisting with laundry and even helping with room changes, they made sure my stay was comfortable. They are a great asset to the hotel, and because of the good experience I had, I will definitely choose this property again when I return to the USA.
