  I booked a room at Best Western through Hotels.com so I could enjoy a pool day with my kids. The room itself looked great—clean and well-kept. However, the pool area, which was the main reason for my stay, was very disappointing. The hot tub was green (indicating a lack of proper chlorine) and the jets were not working. The pool was also cloudy and did not appear to meet basic cleanliness standards. When I spoke with the front desk about the hot tub, I was told they do not have a maintenance person who regularly services the pool and that it was “working fine.” As a property manager, I know pools require consistent maintenance and proper upkeep, which clearly was not happening here. Additionally, the air conditioner in the room would only run for 15–20 minutes before shutting off and displaying an error code, which caused the room to become uncomfortably hot. The shower also had very poor water pressure. Due to the room being so HOT and these issues overall, I ended up checking out at 1 a.m. and will NOT be returning.

  The room was clean, the service efficient and the breakfast satisfactory. Only word of caution is that the soundproofing of the rooms is lacking, but I'd consider staying here again when in the area.

  I stayed one night for business and will not be returning. The property was visibly dirty throughout — elevator, hallways, and room surfaces all looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in some time. My sheets were not clean and I had to request fresh ones, which then raised questions about the rest of the linens. The check-in process was fine, but that was the only bright spot. What pushed this over the edge: when I checked out, they refused to provide a printed receipt and said they’d email it. I never received anything. Nothing. For a business traveler, that’s a real problem — I now have no documentation to submit for reimbursement. I’ll be driving out of my way to avoid this property in the future.

  Hotel was super reasonable I was happily surprised there it was easy checking in/out I booked it due to the location, also LOVED how the accessible King room was very easy entry for the shower👏🏻💓 what I noticed right off though were roaches 🪳 🤦🏼‍♀️😳🤢 which completely unacceptable in my eyes and they SERIOUSLY need to look at the blankets they put on the mattresses mine had blood spot on it 😤🤦🏼‍♀️😳 like WHAT!!! I will not be coming back to this one ever again I’ll find another one farther away cause those things are totally unacceptable in my eyes other than those things it was good👌🏻

  Some noisy guests, but that's not the hotels fault. Price is good for what you get.
