If you are planning on utilizing this hotel to block out rooms for guests at your wedding in Newton, you may want to look elsewhere. If you don't have a choice, at least help your elderly guests with booking reservations. One of my guests at my wedding last weekend was told he did not have a reservation and that he would need to book and pay for another room if he wanted to stay there for the night. Most of my family was busy preparing for the wedding so there wasn't any one able to help him with finding his email confirmation and he didn't have the money to pay for another room so he decided to drive back home and skip the wedding as well. Our family is now in the process of helping him file a claim for a refund with his credit card company.
- JWJoe WarrenOct 6, 20251.0Newly remodeled to me means something different. Not the cleanest of hotels. It’s disappointing that IHG allows this hotel to use their name. There was at least one bug, the towel rack rod was in the toilet and the trash in the bathroom had trash in it still when I walked into my room (pictures below).
