  The room was great! One elevator was down so getting to the 4th floor could be long for some. Breakfast was appreciated every morning (best hotel sausage gravy I've ever had). Anytime I needed assistance the staff was polite and helpful. Will stay here again!

  Housekeeping need to do a better job cleaning the room. We didn't eat sunflower seeds. Found two on the bathroom floor. Furniture was dusty and I found mold in the water reservoir of the room coffee pot. I am allergic to mold.

  We choose the Best Western because Best Western has good Wi-Fi, clean towels and rooms, free filter water and lots of parking spaces. BUT The McPherson DONOT have Wi-Fi, filter water and parking spaces. The room is clean and bed is firm. But no WiFi in the room only in Business Center or Lobby. There is a filter water machine in the fitness room but no water. Parking spaces are very limited.

  Staff was very friendly, room was clean, very reasonable price and breakfast was amazing! The only downside for me was the bed... It was sooooooo hard! Was like sleeping on the floor. But we would stay there again.

  This hotel is not in the location that you are directed to with Google. It took me about 20 minutes to find where it was, and it's actually across the street from where Google says it is. The people that checked me in were delightful. I am very happy with the room. I am very disappointed that there are electric car chargers do not work. They also have some kind of a concrete thing that blocks your view from the window. Make the room feel cave-like.
