The entire staff were friendly but Queen’s customer service stood out the most. She was personable, patient, and accommodating with all the hotel guests I saw her interact with.

- BTBruce TaylorMar 28, 20265.0What really makes this hotel worth it is the employees. Some hotels have 2-3 staff at the front desk. This hotel only has 1-2 but feels like 4-5. They are amazing and a special shoutout to Queen. They are friendly and go above and beyond to help you feel welcomed and enjoy your stay. I noticed on several occasions they helped clients to their rooms with their bags and always greeted us and got everything we needed in a timely manner. The hotel is very clean and well maintained from the pool, to fitness room, lobby, hallways, laundry room and breakfast area. I wish all hotels offered this level of service. Thanks again HIX in Manhattan, KS.
