I let the front desk know that the room smells, someone else's hair on the clean sheets and the toilet isn't flushing and they say it's working fine and it doesn't smell I shouldn't have to flush it 5 times to get the pee to go down. I would never get anything else to go down if I needed to. They said they could move me rooms in 2 days when they are not full. I check out the next day. RIDICULOUS They don't care about the guest or the property. The trash has been overflowing outside and inside for days. Breakfast was horrible, the food (what was left) was cold. Muffins were dry and biscuits were like hockey pucks. I will never stay here again. Wish I could of got a refund or moved to another hotel.

- MSMarylu SanchezSep 6, 20251.0DISGUSTING! We always stay at Holiday Inns because we are members and we always have a good experience at these hotels but this one was a disappointment! First, we checked in late at night from driving a 10 hour trip and our room was disgusting! The carpets were so dirty and stained! The walls were stained and paint looked patchy. There was a vomit stain on the wall next to the toilet that the cleaning ladies just wiped off and didn’t deep clean. The shower wall was slimy from soap that wasn’t properly scrubbed. There was black mildew in the corners. We called down to let them know we would like to change rooms the next morning because we were just so exhausted to change rooms that moment . The next day they moved us to the room next door and it smelled like wet dog and was dirtier than our original room. It lacked a bench to put our luggage on. They moved us a third time to an ok room. It didn’t smell but it was still pretty bad. That night we saw two roaches crawling on the counter by the fridge. We checked out the next day. The hotel manager was very kind and said they were due for a remodel soon. I hope they do get it because the location of the hotel is nice.
