Unfortunately, we were double-booked during our recent arrival and had to stay at a nearby hotel that was a total dump in comparison. It made me realize just how much I missed staying here. We stayed at this location two months ago and the difference is night and day. The staff here is amazing, the rooms are consistently spotless, and the breakfast is excellent. Even the elevators are reliable! This is clearly the superior choice in the area, and I look forward to actually being able to stay here again next time. If you guys check your reviews you owe me a night 😉

Everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay was readily available. Like who doesn’t want pancakes cooked perfectly and instantly! He went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect, always friendly, attentive, and willing to help with anything I needed. This type of genuine care and professionalism is what will make me choose IHG over a competitor.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was incredibly kind, and everything felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our kids had the best time in the pool… it was definitely a highlight of the trip! But what really made our stay special was Antonio at the front desk. He was beyond kind, helpful, and genuinely warm with our family. Our kids literally looked forward to seeing and talking to him every day, he made them feel so special. You can tell he truly cares, and it made a huge difference in our experience. We would definitely stay here again!
