The staff is friendly and wonderful, and questions and complaints are answered promptly. Rooms are well thought out for travelers who don't like to expand into drawers and keep stuff off floors. Best bed and sheets I've slept on in my 2 weeks of traveling. Hotel was pretty quiet too.

He got me sorted out and checked in quickly. My second experience was my room. It was clean, organized, and stocked. I left for the day to come back to it as if I had just arrived again. Looking and smelling wonderful. I ran into an issue unrelated to the hotel. But was fixed with Antonio's kind help. I like to relax with some VR mini-golf, and when I pulled my headset out I found that my controller batteries were dead. I asked Antonio if he had any batteries. He could have done the easy thing and said "Sorry, we don't have any AAs" but he didn't. He looked high and low just to get batteries to make my stay more enjoyable. Thank you Antonio and Gema for making my stay enjoyable.
