- KNKim NDec 15, 20251.0When we checked in people we kind and friendly. Received a little welcome back. Dropped our stuff in our room and left for our event. When we got back late we noticed the left side of the room wasn't vacuumed well. Little mud clumps. The outlets on the right side of the bed didn't work. Then we went to sleep and woke up because the room was hit the heat kept going up. We flipped the air on for a while. Then we flipped the heat back on. It wouldn't stay at 70 it kept going up to 75. We didn't call down because he didn't want to have to stay up to wait on maintenance so we just kept flipping the AC on. Then when we went to take showers we the water was cold. I did call down and was told "Oh lots of people are taking showers now, the heaters are strained" that was it. So we let the water run for 25 mins until it was luke warm and took super fast semi cold semi warm showers. Then we went down stairs for breakfast and told the front desk and they said sorry that was it. Went to get food and asked if the eggs had dairy and they just stared at me. Okay no eggs I guess. I asked about the oatmeal and same thing just stared out. Okay no food. So grabbed an almond milk I saw and went upstairs to make a coffee. Put the pod in the machine and it busted the pod and spit grounds everywhere. Fine. We checked out and told the desk about the coffee pot. This time she wrote everything down said sorry you had a bad stay. Didn't offer me a receipt. Just said I'll let the manager know. So I would not recommend staying here. They don't care that the room was hot, not vacuumed, food well can't tell you didn't eat because I couldn't get an answer. Service when we checked out awful.

Two negatives!?…I love the new coffee machines, but you have to have the brewed backup. Breakfast leader was very rude to her helper who was doing her best to get the machine running. The bed was horrible…..looked like a leftover from a Sleep Inn
