    My experience here was phenomenal. I have stayed at this property COUNTLESS times. EVERYONE at this location has gone above and beyond. From front desk staff to hotel management to housekeeping to property maintenance to the night auditor. Every encounter has been pleasant. I'm honestly surprised they aren't heavily occupied! The property is beautiful, well maintained, and quiet! Haylie, Karoly, Shelly, Jim, Juan (young man who was wearing a boot), and everyone else whose name escapes me has been fantastic. Every time I visit K.C., THIS is my hotel of choice. Thank you all SO much for making my holiday perfect!

    We stayed at this hotel. Everything was alright until business partner got accosted in the hotel while going to get me breakfast. The front desk agent was asking him "do you have a room here, where is your room key?" The front desk clerk had already seen him around 5:00 am that morning when he went to inquire about the guest laundry. He went later that morning to get me breakfast in his bath robe when he was accosted. They didn't ask anyone else to provide proof of their stay, clearly he was profiled because he is black. Therefore, people of color steer clear of this hotel and if you do lodge there make sure when you leave your room you have proof that you are a guest, while those that are not of color do not. My company will not be lodging at this hotel again if this is an example of how they treat people of color. Response: 1st of all the hotel response is lying We are business owners. Not to mention, at 4 am we were advised where the guest laundry was and came downstairs at breakfast time to get food. So you are lying, your cameras should reflect my guest going outside to smoke as it is a non-smoking room. Also, why did your manager offer to give us 3000 reward points for the employees behavior, which we never received. People of color do not go to this hotel as even the higher ups have a problem with people of color.     I think we’ll look for a Candlewood suites everywhere we travel now, this place was great! It’s a step past clean, they are spacious, and the location is great. 10/10 recommend!

    I would like to start off by thanking Haylie the front office manager for the kindness and understanding that she showed me an my husband I booked through Priceline and the room I booked was not the one they gave me and I looked at the pictures provided online through Priceline and they lied on their website because Priceline didn’t have the right pictures on the website so when we got to the hotel Priceline had placed us in a room that wasn’t what the website shows an Karoly the front desk lady saw the pictures an the booking and saw it didn’t match either she informed higher management which Haylie an me both went round and round with Priceline and they wanted her to refund me which wasn’t her responsibility it was Priceline’s misleading pictures but when I explained to Haylie why I wouldn’t have booked a standard room because my husband has a broke foot an needed a walk in shower she found a room with grab bars an even gave him a shower bench too use both Haylie an Karoly went above and beyond to accommodate us even tho it wasn’t their mistake the made sure he could be as safe as possible we had a room from Thursday to Sunday I truly appreciate both ladies

    Staff was friendly, hotel clean (grim on doors), clean lobby, well maintained indoor and outdoor spaces. Pet friendly room was a need for us and this place was great for pets. We will stay here again.
