  This is my second time staying here, and it never disappoints. The consistency in cleanliness and customer service is what keeps me coming back. The pillows are soft, the AC is quiet, and the location is unbeatable for the price. Truly a gem!

  I will NEVER stay at this location, as long as Anna represents your company. I come to KUMC once a month with my husband who is a heart and kidney transplant patient. We do follow up care and need an ADA compliant room. These rooms are very good at this hotel. We arrived on Monday night for Tuesday appointments, and at our appointments were told we needed to stay overnight again. I extended our stay through our work program, but somehow there was a mis-communication and it didn't go through. As I was talking to my work support person to solve the issue, Anna berated my husband, DEMANDING he go to the room and get our stuff out now!!! No compassion while we worked out the issue, no can I get you anything while you wait, just rude and demanding get your stuff now! She told him he had 10 minutes or she would confiscate all of it. Then counted down the minutes as he is standing there not knowing what to do. He was scared and not sure how to proceed, and she just kept yelling at him. We finally got the problem resolved, and she threw the room keys at my husband and turned around and walked away. Not only was her treatment of us just terrible, she charged us another $100 over the night before, AND took his credit card and charged us $33.00 for incidentals we didn't even use! This kind of service is unacceptable when there are so many other choices, and we will certainly not stay there again. IHG has a special rate with KUMC, and we put in an advisory to KUMC not to recommend this hotel to any of their patients, with our experience as an example.

  This hotel is the biggest piece of garbage! About the quality of a hostile. Also, the GM- Terri is a horrible liar!!!! The website photos don’t match the hotel at all. First I was given a room with a shower you can’t even fit into, towels with black stains, lights that don’t turn on a sit there and make a buzzing sound. I went down and told them what was going on and she gave me another room with an outer door that doesn’t even close!!! Terri did nothing to help with it except say she is cancelled my reservation. I booked my reservation weeks in advance for pricing and a special event in town. The only thing she told me is to go to home2 down the road and that she cancelled my reservation. I currently have no where to go and can’t get a flight out for 2 more days. These people are absolutely horrible!!
