  The hotel was clean, the front desk attendants were very friendly and helpful. I recommend calling the hotel directly or booking through the app for the best rates. Third party agencies like Expedia and Booking.com overcharge for the same room, same time frame in my experience. The breakfast was standard continental but there were a few eateries that were pretty convenient to get to. Be aware of the parking fee - you are charged for it even if you don’t have a car.

  Looks like they are falling on hard times. Multiple ice machines down, effectively no ice in the building. Hole in ceiling (In a hallway, not in the room at least). Shower/Tub had a busted wall mounted shampoo dispenser. Bathroom door didn't properly latch. Not enough places to hang towels in the bathroom to match the number of people expected to stay there. Breakfast options were a bit sub-standard, I've had better at most places at half the price. Scrambled eggs were okay at least. The fans / ac worked, they were just noisy. No opinion on the service as I didn't really interact with staff much.

  We’ve stayed in several Homewood Suites over the years and always find them to be clean, comfortable, and with nice amenities. Sad to say that this location isn’t up to brand standard. The room was shabby and stained (carpets and bedding), surfaces grimy, and several small-touch comforts were missing (no conditioner bottle in the shower, only one washcloth, just two disposable coffee cups). Breakfast was also disappointing compared to other Homewood properties. Limited options, and what was there was rather gross and reused-looking, even at 7:30am. We won’t be staying at this location again, and are glad that our visit was brief and just of the “just need a place to sleep” variety rather than looking for a place to hang out and relax.

  Avoid this place. Dirty, falling apart and an overall nightmare experience on Aug 29. Hotel was overbooked and we were told there were no rooms—then suddenly “found” some. The person at the front desk did this while seeing we had a sleeping child. Reservation was mishandled multiple times and we were nearly kicked out after the first night. In the end, our group was charged twice for prepaid rooms. Property is run down: pool full of hair, ceiling falling in halls, stained breakfast seating, and food items missing. Someone tried to come into our room through a connecting door. Most staff were at least kind, with Phoenix at the front desk and the cleaning crew working hard despite obvious short staffing. Location was ok, but overall this stay was unacceptable for a Hilton. We’ve been honors members for years and this was by far the worst experience we ever had any hotel. Updated: Hotel manager refused to refund card after front desk assured us it would be handled. It was only supposed to only be charged for one night as the other nights were prepaid. It was charged for three nights even though the reservation was made for one. Even more charges were found on the wrong credit card for rooms we pre-paid for the rooms they claimed they didn’t have. $12 for water also on the wrong card. Manager refused to make it right. Hilton said they couldn’t help. Only thing offered was one free night to use within a month. No thanks!
