- JJJDec 29, 20255.0We enjoyed our stay here. The front desk clerk that checked us in (on 12/26) was very friendly. She said the management team upgraded us to a king size suite, and offered us the adjoining room (since we are mother & son) so we could have 2 beds to sleep in. We plan on staying here from now on, & we have multiple trips to make to Kansas City Medical over the next year. I recommend staying here if you can.
- GSGillian SchwartzDec 17, 20251.0DO NOT STAY HERE. My STOLEN credit card was used to stay 2 nights, and the poor kid at the front desk was as helpful as he could be. He was threatened by management to not help us or kcpd as the guests who used the stolen card info, WHICH WAS NOT CONFIRMED WITH A PHYSICAL CARD upon check in or he’d be fired. Hilton is a garbage company, with garbage management putting young front desk agents in helpless position. Oh also, the thieves are still checked in right now, using a room I paid for :).
