- ABAkia BrownNov 5, 20251.0Horrible the Gm at the front desk was rude I didn’t have hot water when I came they switched me to 3 different rooms she said she can give me free breakfast I thought breakfast was free but okay I said ima take my kids to school and I will get it she said okay I go upstairs to get some of stuff so I won’t have to carry a lot , me and my kids leave to take them to school I get to the school it emails me and say u been check out I’m like what I never told her I was checking out so I called and was frustrated I didn’t have hot water now u assumed I left I know how to check out properly! So she didn’t offer me nothing for the issue but to re let me back in my room the service is horrible and I didn’t get breakfast or nothing don’t come here they didn’t treat me like a guest at all I won’t ever come back
