My family and I were all still in bed, kids were asleep when we were woken up to knocks on our door. 2 knocks and next thing you know, housekeeping is unlocking our door and opening it to come in. Completely ridiculous! I could understand if it was past check out time, but that’s not til 11 a.m.! That was the worst start to our morning and we left shortly after that. Yes we complained to the front desk. We will NEVER be back!!!

The bed sheet had a stain. The phone wasn't working so I had to go downstairs and ask for new sheets. They didn't offer to put them on for me and just handed them to me instead. The new sheet had a hole in them. The bathroom floor in our room was sticky and almost made me trip several times. The price and location was good, fairly clean over all. Just not sure I would book again.
